Scope: Covers the processing of store data and other customer information from connected e-commerce platforms.

1. Types of Data Processed

  • Store listings: title, price, inventory, SKU
  • Orders: order ID, items, shipping, customer-provided address
  • Store metadata: store ID, store name
  • Account information, billing, and support communications

2. Purpose of Processing

  • Synchronize inventory and orders between your store and merchant systems
  • Generate reports and analytics to improve business performance
  • Enhance service reliability and user experience
  • Customer support and account management

3. Legal Basis

  • Consent of the account holder
  • Legitimate interest in providing service, analytics, and operational support

4. Storage & Retention

  • Data is stored securely in AWS (US-East-1)
  • Default retention period: 180 days
  • Users may request deletion or export of their data at any time via support@novaneons.com

5. Data Sharing

  • Shared only with third-party service providers under contract and bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPA)
  • No sale of user data to third parties

6. User Rights

  • Access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data
  • Revoke access for connected stores and applications at any time
  • Contact support@novaneons.com to exercise your rights

7. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted with the effective date, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
